Anti-drip connector

The anti-drip joint includes a joint shell. The two ends of the shell are provided with a water inlet end and a water outlet end. The periphery of the water inlet end is provided with an external thread structure, and a water inlet hole is provided at the center of the surface of the water inlet end. During operation, the inside of the anti-drip joint housing is provided with a filter chamber, a water flow chamber and a water outlet chamber in sequence along the direction of water flow.
Anti-drip joint features:
●Materials include stainless steel 304, 316 and copper;
● The filter can be external or built-in;
● Customize the joint according to the working pressure of the open nozzle.
Advantages of anti-drip joints:
1. The water inlet is locked by the pretightening force of the spring in the water flow chamber, thereby increasing the pressure in the pipe network when the nozzle is started, shortening the low-pressure spray time of the nozzle in the zone when the system is started and shutting down, and effectively preventing the residual water in the system pipe from forming water droplets from dripping into the protection zone.
2. The tapered structure at the upper end of the piston rod and the hammer-shaped sealing surface structure form a tapered seal, effectively confirming the sealing effect.
3. A filter structure is installed in the filter chamber to prevent impurities from entering the interior of the device. The filter structure can be disassembled, cleaned and reused to extend the service life of the joint and avoid affecting the movement of the piston rod and blocking the nozzle hole of the nozzle.
How the anti-drip joint works:
The interior of the anti-drip joint housing has a first chamber, a second chamber and a third chamber that are sequentially arranged from the water inlet end to the water outlet end. A filter device is provided in the first chamber of the anti-drip joint housing; a piston rod is provided in the second chamber, and the top of the piston rod has a tapered structure; the tapered sealing surface processed at the uppermost end of the second chamber cooperates with the top of the piston rod to seal the first chamber; a support is provided in the third chamber, and the rear end of the piston rod is supported by the support. A spring is provided around the piston rod, and the spring is located between the top of the piston rod and the support.
Anti-drip joint structure diagram:
The anti-drip joint is mainly composed of a shell, a first chamber (filtration chamber), a second chamber (water flow chamber), a third chamber (water outlet chamber), a filter device, a piston rod, a spring, a support, and an O-ring. The following is a schematic diagram of the structure of the anti-drip joint:

Anti-drip joint application scenarios:
When water mist fire extinguishing systems are used to extinguish fires, it often happens that the residual water in the system pipes easily forms water droplets and drips into the protective area, causing secondary harm to the protected objects. The anti-drip joint can better solve this problem. Therefore, anti-drip joints are generally used in the following scenarios:
● Telecom equipment room
● Electronic computer room
● Archives
● Library
● Important databases and other places
