Nozzles need maintenance, regular inspection, cleaning or even replacement in order to confirm product quality and maintain the economic efficiency of the production process. 1. Corrosion and wear: The materials on the surface of the nozzle nozzle and internal flow channel gradually become larger or deformed, thereby affecting the flow rate, pressure and spray shape.
2. Corrosion: The chemical action of the spray liquid or the environment causes corrosion and destroys the nozzle material.
3. Blockage: Dirt or other impurities in the liquid block the mouth of the nozzle, thus limiting the flow of the nozzle and interfering with the spray shape and uniformity.

5. Temperature damage: Overheating will have certain damaging effects on nozzle materials designed for non-high temperature applications.

7. Accidental damage: During installation and cleaning, the nozzle may be accidentally damaged due to the use of incorrect tools.
