Detection method of new nozzle:
1. Check whether the model number printed on the nozzle is wrong.
2. Check the material of the nozzle.
3. Check whether the angle and flow rate indicated in the product catalog are consistent with the test results.
4. If you are unable to test it yourself, you can ask the nozzle company to test it on your behalf.
Does the nozzle have a service life?
Yes, but it is impossible to tell the correct usage time. The process environment, pressure, liquid composition, and operating time of each industry are different, so it is difficult to define the service life of the nozzle. For example, the same model, the same material, and under the same pressure, the service life of the one sprayed with tap water will be much longer than that sprayed with strong acid.
