Working principle of closed foam nozzle:

When the foam mixture is transported to the foam nozzle through the pipeline, the mixed liquid inside the nozzle is fully mixed with the inhaled air to form a diffuse atomized jet, which touches the inner wall of the nozzle, the foam disperser, etc. to form a vortex, and thus foams into a low-expansion foam. The foam is evenly sprayed in the surrounding protective area, covering the surface of the burning object, suffocating and cooling to extinguish the fire.

Installation specifications for closed foam nozzles:

1. When installing the pendant foam nozzle, the umbrella-shaped water-retaining disk faces downwards, and when the upright foam nozzle is installed, the umbrella-shaped water-retaining disk faces upward.

2. The inlet diameter of the pipe in which the foam nozzle is installed shall not be smaller than the inlet size of the nozzle. According to the needs of the project, measures shall be taken to prevent foreign matter from clogging the nozzle.

3. The nozzle should be installed in a place where it will not be subject to mechanical damage. Before installation, make sure that the specifications, model, connection dimensions and other parameters of the nozzle meet the requirements.
