Flat Fan Nozzle
The standard fan-shaped nozzle spray channel is large and smooth, reducing clogging. The spray shape of a standard fan-shaped nozzle is a fan shape at various angles. Due to the influence of the earth's gravity, there will be an "edge effect", that is, the fan-shaped profile of the spray produces a gradually tapering edge and the spray particles are fine and uniform.
Standard fan-shaped nozzle product features:
● Fan spray distributes the liquid flow into a fan-shaped or layered spray.
● Droplet size is small to medium.
● Uniform distribution, wide application range of pressure and flow.
● Spray angle from 0° (liquid column flow) to 110° at 2.8 bar (40 psi) pressure.
● Features tapered edge spray suitable for header and spray bar applications.
● High-impact liquid column flow provides large impact force per unit area.
● Smooth liquid flow channel reduces clogging as much as possible.
Standard fan nozzle model:
Standard fan-shaped nozzles are available in four forms: small flow, medium flow, large flow and integrated filter. Thread sizes include internal threads and external threads. Inlet connectors are available in 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 3/4, 1, 2 and other sizes. Customers can also customize them. Standard fan nozzle performance:
