Flat Fan Nozzle
The characteristic of the narrow-angle fan-shaped nozzle is that it can produce a spray with uniform distribution, medium droplet size, and the edges of the spray shape are clearly defined. The universal narrow-angle fan-shaped nozzle has an overall street design with external pipe threads. The large and smooth channel minimizes clogging. The diversion plane processed by fine technology provides a uniform, high-impact spray shape.
Principle of narrow-angle fan-shaped nozzle:
The narrow-angle fan nozzle generates internal pressure through air entering, and then adds liquid. An iron piece is placed inside the narrow-angle fan nozzle. The rapidly flowing liquid inside the nozzle hits the iron piece and rebounds to form atomized particles with a diameter of about 15-60 microns, which are then released along the nozzle orifice.

Narrow-angle fan-shaped nozzle uses:

The narrow-angle fan-shaped nozzle is composed of a tapered and unopened conical nozzle hole, and its pressure is within 1 MPa.
