Spiral nozzle
There are two types of spray shapes for spiral nozzles, one is hollow cone and the other is hollow cone. The spray shape of the hollow spiral nozzle is a hollow cone, and the striking surface is annular. During operation, the liquid in the spiral is injected into a spiral metal protruding outer orifice, which breaks the traditional spray pattern in which the fluid enters many relatively fine concentric rings to form a complete cone-shaped spray shape.

Hollow spiral nozzle specifications:
The hollow spiral nozzle has a spray angle of 50° to a super wide angle of 180° under a pressure of 0.7bar (10psi). The liquid flow rate range is 5.5-4140 liters/min. Hollow spiral nozzle application scenarios:
Hollow spiral nozzles are often used in many industrial fields such as chemical industry, environmental protection, electric power, textiles, etc., especially in the flue gas desulfurization and dust removal industry. Its wear resistance, corrosion resistance, fogging properties and anti-blocking properties have been accepted by many users in this industry.

Advantages of hollow spiral nozzle:
