Spiral nozzle
There are two types of spray shapes for spiral nozzles, one is a solid cone and the other is a hollow cone. Working principle of solid spiral nozzle:
After the liquid (or slurry) is tangentially and collided with the continuously smaller spiral surface, it turns into tiny droplets and is ejected to form a mist. The streamlined design from inlet to outlet in the solid spiral nozzle cavity minimizes the resistance coefficient, so the spiral nozzle is suitable for most industries. For example: chemical industry, environmental protection, electric power, textile and many other industrial fields, especially the flue gas desulfurization and dust removal industry, it is more widely used.
