High pressure nozzle
Commonly used high-pressure atomizing nozzle models include six specifications: No. 0, No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, and No. 5, which can meet humidification and cooling, disinfection and dust removal in different occasions; high-pressure nozzle accessories are also equipped with tees, four-way, elbows, end plugs, terminal plugs, valve connections, external wire joints, single spray bases, double spray bases, low-pressure pipes, high-pressure PE pipes and other accessories for customers to choose from.
High pressure atomizing nozzle product features:
1. Built-in anti-floor leakage design, the nozzle will not drip when it is shut down;
2. Comes with 316 stainless steel filter, internal rotation, automatic cleaning and not easy to block;
3. The stainless steel spray blade is processed by advanced forging technology, with good wear resistance and uniform spray. It has a lifespan 2-5 times that of similar nozzles.
4. This series of nozzles does not require air assistance, the system installation is simple, the spray is as fine as 3-7μm, the atomization is uniform and sufficient, and it saves water and energy.

Tips for purchasing high-pressure atomizing nozzles:

2. Only stainless steel sheets can be used below "0℃" [ceramic sheets will crack]
3. Ceramic sheets can be used above "0℃" [wear-resistant and high-pressure resistant]
4. The use pressure must reach at least 30kg to produce atomization effect
5. Once the nozzle is clogged, you can remove it, blow hard against the hole of the nozzle from the inside out and shine it with light, then it will be clear.
